Shipping & Refund Policy

SHIPPING POLICY

Orders received by end of day Saturday ship by the following Tuesday, and orders received by end of day Tuesday ship by the following Friday. More immediate shipping executed when coffee when possible — coffees are roasted and available to ship — Monday through Friday, excepting for dates/holidays when shipping services are not open and available.

Standard shipping of products purchase on the Site is via independent carrier not affiliated with, or controlled by, Sunshine Coast Coffee Roastery, and you should allow two 2 to eight 8 business days for standard delivery once an order has been shipped. All shipping charges are your responsibility, unless waived by Sunshine Coast Coffee Roastery. Shipping charges will be included on your invoice and can be viewed prior to finalizing your order. The shipping charge shown during the checkout process is subject to verification. Shipping charges are subject to change without notice. Title to products purchased on the Site, as well as the risk of loss for such products, passes to you when Sunshine Coast Coffee Roastery delivers these items to the carrier for shipment, and we are not responsible for any shipping delays or problems once the product has been shipped.

NATIONWIDE DELIVERY
Delivery is a flat fee of R50 nationwide via Pudo, locker to locker delivery. You will receive a notification with a QR code and PIN code for the pick up at your closest pick up point.

REFUND POLICY

Sunshine Coast Coffee Roasters refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
